HMP Industries, Inc. has been in business since 1920. Until 1998, most of our manufacturing was in the commercial and industrial sectors. Since then we have focused on building our capabilities in higher value added markets and have purchased 14 CNC machine tools in order to meet our customers growing needs.

Our current strategic direction is to leverage our state-of-the-art assets and highly skilled workforce to build a customer base in the medical industry, including orthopedic and endoscopic surgical tools, implants, non-invasive surgical tools, dental instruments and analytical and diagnostic instruments.

Management Qualifications
In order to execute our business strategy, HMP has assembled a highly educated and talented management staff with many years of experience. All of our senior executives have Master's degrees in addition to undergraduate technical degrees. Most of our managers have Bachelor's degrees appropriate to their field or have over twenty years of experience in manufacturing.

Financial Stability
HMP pursues an aggressive continuous improvement program, but manages its financial risk appropriately. The company has a strong balance sheet and the financial ability to weather economic turbulences as well as invest in new capabilities for its customers.

Work Force
HMP employs approximately 90 dedicated people and has a very low turnover rate. Most of our employees have been with us over ten years.
