 In addition to CNC machining, HMP has accumulated an extensive array of other capabilities, including conventional single and multi-spindle high-speed turning, grinding, broaching and assembly. Heat treating, plating, passivating, EDM, deburring, glass beading and other services are sub-contracted to a network of closely coordinated, highly qualified suppliers. In addition, we can provide engineering and design assistance as well as prototyping and pre-production parts for our customers.
Technology and Services
HMP uses a modern open architecture, fully integrated ERP system to manage its business, from quoting through production to shipping and invoicing. As a part of our customer focused approach, we routinely develop software to translate our customers’ demands into our internal production schedules, forming an integrated supply management system. This allows HMP to manage complex programs with a large number of parts and frequently changing demands.
